Therefore, we would like to lay out some notes to walk you through. Hope that you have a great time with your loved pets. - Please notice the connecting direction of the corner panels when assembly. It should be in the vertical direction. It is stated clearly in the Manual Instruction - If you see the canopy rod is too long, it means the corner panels are connected wrongly. We design the length of the rod bar just fixed to the length of the kennels - There are 2 holes at the end of the canopy rod bar, they do not have any function and NOT use for assembly. Just an error when we run the mass production - Please notice the direction of the hardware when assembling the product: + The hardware with the groove will be inside + The hardware WITHOUT the groove will be outside + The end's of the bolt will stick to the outside to avoid hurting the pets inside
