I purchased this product because I was sick of vacuum suction space saving bags breaking, leaking, or otherwise not really working. I live in a flood prone area, so I need to store my space saving bags in additional plastic storage bins as is. So, the ability for air to pass through this bag doesn’t really matter (especially if the plastic vacuum bags break anyway). I was able to easily fit a queen down comforter, twin down comforter, a queen flannel sheet set, a twin flannel sheet set, and 4 fluffy microfiber blankets in this one bag. To get it to zipper all the way down I took my time ensuring all loose bag fabric was tucked and out of the way, and sat on the stack for the last zipper row. I fit more than double what I could in a jumbo vacuum bag, it fits perfectly in my xl plastic bins from Costco, and (drumroll) it hasn’t ripped or otherwise come undone. I’m super happy with this purchase and will definitely be purchasing more.
